We Stand with Colorado During the COVID-19 Crisis

HailCo has proudly served the Colorado community for over 5 years. As we face this unprecedented health crisis, we continue to make the health and safety of our customers and employees a top priority.

We have enhanced our safety practices* and are committed to playing our part to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Updated steps to get your car repaired:

  • No face to face contact:
    • Using only video vehicle evaluations when assessing vehicle damage.
    • Using digital materials to communicate with customers, including digital contracts.
  • We pick up and drop off your car:
    • Staff are required to use gloves any time they come into contact with exposed surfaces on or in our customers’ vehicles.
    • We will disinfect all surfaces and key fobs on and in customer vehicles prior to returning them to our customers.
  • Rental car drop off and pick up:
    • A rental car will be dropped off to replace your car while it’s being repaired.
(No cost to those that qualify)
    • All surfaces will be disinfected after dropping it off.
  • Insurance Claims:
    • We will work with you to cover your deductible – typically with no out-of-pocket cost to you.
    • We will contact your insurance on your behalf if you haven’t already made a claim.
    • All documents will be handled through email or by phone.

As a local small business, we stand with all of you and the Colorado community during this uncertain and difficult time.

Best regards,
The HailCo Team

No more than three employees are allowed in the shop at any time, and they must remain more than six feet apart. We stagger employees’ schedules during the vehicle repair phase.
  • Requiring staff to use gloves any time they come into contact with exposed surfaces on or in our customers’ vehicles.
  • Screening employees and all visitors for symptoms and ensuring that sick employees or those that may have been exposed to COVID-19 stay at home.
  • Providing frequent education to all staff on the latest recommendations by CDC, WHO and CDPHE.

Updated safety practices from our partners:

  • Our rental car partner, Enterprise Car Rental, has also implemented additional measures to mitigate the impact of the virus, including consolidating operations and taking additional steps to disinfect vehicles.

*Our safety practices follow the recommendations issued by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), as well as local and state authorities.
