Become a HailCo Sales Management Trainee:
- Participate in a hands-on mentor relationship with a veteran sales trainer.
- Work with a team of highly motivated individuals.
- Actively source hail damaged vehicles in areas damaged by storms.
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and navigating the insurance process.
- Manage client expectations and experience throughout the repair process.
